After we determined that my current extended warranty was not represented on my profile, he spent a great deal of time on the phone with the warranty company, reworking the estimate so I could take full advantage of my warranty investment. The woman that helped me the other day was very helpful. My oil change was done in less than an hour. I would recommend.
Very friendly staff, but they fail to follow through. They were to call to set up an appointment and never did. Also took car to get serviced and they did the oil, but that was it. A week later the wiper fluid light went on. Obviously you need to specify everything you need to get done when bringing a car in to get serviced, something I thought was automatic and they checked everything, but I guess not. A bit disappointed.

The service at Volkswagen of Elmsford is truly five stars. From Rubi at the service desk to the mechanic who fixed my car (not sure of her name), the entire experience was excellent. The team communicated clearly, explained exactly what was wrong with my car, and completed the repairs efficiently. The staff at this dealership is very friendly, but I’m disappointed by their lack of attention to detail. I had to replace a lost key and paid for it. They were supposed to call me when it arrived, but I never received a call. When I brought my car in, they programmed the keys and told me the new key was in the car, but when I went out, it wasn't there. I had to go back in to get the new key. Everything was great, the service and explanations . The person who signed me in very complete. When I asked about rotating tires they wanted to charge $49.00 are you kidding me. No thank you, very bad. Other than that everything was good. RO
It was very easy to schedule service and everyone was so nice. I dropped my car off and they provided a ride to my office and then picked me back up when the service was completed. It was the best experience I have had with a car service.

The only good thing about this service center is the front desk staff! They make sure your car gets a service correctly and in a timely manner. There was a mix up and my oil change was covered and they made sure I was out in less than an hour! Thank you!

I was able to get very clear information about my trade in and the terms of the Tiguan we were looking at. No games played, period….! Had a tire blow out from a pothole. Called and Rubi provided excellent customer service. Found my replacement tire, arranged for delivery and installation the next morning and took care of contacting my warranty tire plan. All was seamless and my car was back in order within 24 hours!
